IMPORTANT: If item is purchased without delivery coordinated and confirmed first, and the buyer chooses to not have item delivered or picked up within 14 days, Shop Chunk will restock the item without refund.

ALL DELIVERIES:

Delivery quotes can take up to 24 hours to confirm but don't worry, we are usually way faster than that!

Delivery is curbside only. Please have the appropriate help lined up to receive delivery and carry or load into your space. On most occasions, deliverers do accept tips to help with that extra step if needed ;)

SHOP CHUNK DELIVERIES:

We deliver anywhere in the US! If your address is outside our "local" radius, please call/text us directly (502) 208-8850 to confirm price based on your zip code before completing checkout.

We opt to do our own deliveries and guarantee that your item will arrive in the same condition as when purchased. Depending on date, location and deadlines we may contract one of our partner delivery services (We will inform you if so). If we choose to use this option it is still considered a 3rd party delivery. If you choose to use your own 3rd party delivery or shipper, we are happy to accommodate as well!

THIRD PARTY DELIVERIES:

Any damage that may occur during the delivery process is not covered so we suggest for your peace of mind to get insurance!

NON-LOCAL DELIVERY FEES:

If you are outside the "local delivery radius" the delivery fee is a separate charge from your purchase. Delivery payment is required in full up front. We will stay in contact during the entire delivery process.
