Refunds/Return Policy:

All sales are final.

Please understand we are a one-woman operation with collaborations from individual crafters and tradespeople. We take the utmost care in cleaning, modifying and curating our pieces. No item is simply bought and "flipped".

The condition of each vintage item is disclosed to the best of our ability and with the utmost integrity. If you are unsure about a purchase prior to checkout, please reach out with any questions by dm on instagram @shop_chunk, text (502) 208-8850 or email (although response may be delayed with this option).

We are happy to answer any questions, send additional photos/videos or have you pop by (if local) to view item in real time.

Once purchased item has left the Shop Chunk building, if damage occurs Shop Chunk is not responsible for replacing or fixing the item.

If damage occurs during the delivery process, please view our delivery policy.

Your online order can not be cancelled once processed.
